Then we record the session, so you can watch it back at your leisure afterwards. > **How fast do you progress?** That largely depends on how smoothly you pick things up and how often you apply them between sessions. From experience I know that most people manage quite well. Those who build by themselves in between get the most out of every session. ## Frequently asked questions **Do I need to know how to programme?** - No. The AI agent writes the code. You learn to direct it: clearly stating what you want, assessing the result and adjusting. That is exactly what you practise in the sessions. **How long does a session take?** - A session takes 90 to 120 minutes. This way we have time to clarify your goal and immediately build together. **What can I build?** - Whatever moves your business forward: an application, an internal tool, a workflow, a website or an agent that takes over tasks for you. We determine this together in the first session. **How many sessions do I need?** - That depends on what you want to build and how quickly you apply things between sessions.
