Is your question not listed? Feel free to ask. ## About me and my work **Who is Steff VanHaverbeke?** - I am a Belgian AI adoption expert, trainer, coach and author, based in Herzele. Since 1997 I have been helping people and organisations with change: first as a graphic designer and web builder, then as an NLP practitioner and coach, now around AI. I work through my company CS Workx BV. **What exactly do you do?** - I give workshops and talks, guide programmes around AI adoption in organisations and coach leaders and entrepreneurs, individually or in small groups. Besides that, I write books and build open-source tools. In the learning space on this site, I share the frameworks behind that work. **Who do you work for?** - For professionals, teams and organisations that want to use AI without losing sight of the human element. In the learning space and in Leverage, I mainly work with founders, freelancers and entrepreneurs who want to make their own way of working smarter with AI. **In which languages and where do you work?** - In Dutch, English and French. I work in Belgium, the Netherlands and the rest of Europe, on site or online. **Do I need to be able to programme to work with you?** - No. Everything I offer is made for people without a programming background. You learn to use AI in your own work, with tools you can use without code. ## The learning space **What is the learning space?** - The online place on this site where you read the frameworks behind my work, along with new articles from real training rooms. You create a free account with your email address. You do not need a password: you get a login link in your inbox every time. **What is the difference between Learn, Learn Plus, Leverage and Lead?** - Learn is free: articles and frameworks at your own pace. Learn Plus gives you all articles in full, course material and a live question hour every month. Leverage is a year of group coaching in a close-knit community of founders and freelancers, in which you build your own business system with AI. Lead is a year of strategic coaching at my table, with a maximum of twelve leaders, on request. **Can I try it first?** - Learn is always free: you create an account and start reading right away. Learn Plus and Leverage get a free 14-day trial period as soon as the paid tiers open. Lead starts after an application and a conversation. ## AI in practice **Where do I start with AI in my work?** - Choose one task you do every week. See which part AI can take over and which part needs your judgement, and build a simple workflow for it. One task that genuinely runs better teaches you more than trying out ten tools. **Which AI tools do you use?** - Whatever fits the question: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot and automation tools like n8n. I do not teach you a tool, but a way of working that keeps working when the tools change. **What is GEO?** - GEO stands for generative engine optimization: building your website and your texts in such a way that AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity find, understand and cite you. More and more people ask their question to such an assistant instead of a search engine. Anyone who does not show up as a source there, will not be found. **Will AI take over my job?** - AI takes over tasks, not just people. The hardest things to automate are exactly the skills that are often called soft: flexible thinking, emotional intelligence, collaboration, intuition and innovation. That is what my book Being Replaced and the Cognitive Agility Framework are about. **What about privacy and the EU AI Act?** - They are part of it from the start. You learn which data you do and do not give to an AI tool, which settings protect your data and what the EU AI Act means in concrete terms for your work. ## Working together **How do I book a workshop, talk or coaching?** - Send a message via the contact form or schedule a thirty-minute conversation right away. Then we explore what you need and which format fits. **How much does a workshop or programme cost?** - That depends on the group, the duration and what you need. After an initial conversation, you get a tailored proposal. **Who answers my questions in the chat on this site?** - My AI assistant. It answers based on the texts on this site and speaks about me, not as me. Conversations are saved anonymously, so I can improve the site.
