# Checklist, ready to switch AI tools tomorrow

Many people work with one AI tool today. And that makes sense, because it is easy. But your instructions, your skills and your documents are then often only in that one tool. With this checklist you can see where you are stuck in fifteen minutes. And you immediately see what you can do to switch tomorrow without starting from scratch. You do not need to know anything technical for it.

## Start with these three questions

If you only have five minutes, I would ask these three questions. Where are my instructions and skills stored today? Can I download them as plain text? And which task would stop if my tool becomes more expensive or disappears tomorrow? Write down the answers. Then you already know where to take action first.
