I've spent over 25 years standing in rooms with people who are trying to figure out what comes next. For most of that time, the questions were about leadership, creativity, collaboration, and performance under pressure. Good questions. Important ones.
Then AI happened. Not gradually — suddenly. And the questions changed overnight.
Now I help people navigate the gap between AI's promise and daily reality. I combine cognitive science, systems thinking, and hands-on tech savviness with the kind of practical wisdom that only comes from facilitating real change in real organisations across Europe.

I'm based in Herzele, in the Flemish Ardennes in Belgium — a small rural town where I live with my family, a dog, two cats, three rabbits, and a flock of chickens. The quiet helps me think. The animals keep me honest.

I train and coach professionals and teams on AI adoption, cognitive agility, prompt engineering, and the Superworker mindset. I work as a partner at The House of Coaching and as a freelance trainer for organisations like Syntra Bizz, Syntra West, Cevora, and companies across Belgium and beyond.

I write books that bridge the gap between what AI can do and what humans need to become. Being Replaced: The Five Human Skills AI Can't Automate is available on Amazon. Build Bot Brains teaches people how to turn AI from a frustrating tool into a reliable collaborator.
I build tools and frameworks in the open. My GitHub repositories — SuperPrompt, SuperSkills, SuperSite — are free for anyone who wants to work smarter with AI. I practice what I preach: I build agents, automate workflows, and prototype the future I teach others to navigate.

I facilitate groups and teams using visual and systemic methods — causal loop diagrams, collaboration canvases, and game-based approaches to group dynamics. Getting people unstuck and moving is what I do best.
I speak on podcasts and at business events across Europe. Past appearances include The Thoughtful Entrepreneur, Excellent Executive Coaching, and Using AI at Work.

I don't believe in racing the machines. I believe in teaching them to work alongside human intelligence in ways that compound rather than compete.
Every framework I create exists because it solves a real problem for real people. Theory for theory's sake holds no appeal. I think in systems but act in specifics. And even when building a technical workflow or writing sales copy, I'm thinking about the human on the other end — what they need, what might hold them back, and how to meet them where they are.
I take complex ideas about AI, cognitive science, and systems thinking and make them accessible to people who might otherwise feel overwhelmed or left behind. With warmth and directness that cuts through the noise.
