You have had an email rewritten. A meeting summarised. Perhaps had a text drafted that you then largely rewrote yourself anyway.
It works, a bit. But you feel there is much more to it. You just do not quite know where to start.
Does that sound familiar?
You use Copilot occasionally, but it is not yet a regular colleague.
The answers are often general and you have to update them a lot.
You do not quite know how to make Copilot work with your own files, emails and meetings.
You hear colleagues talking about agents and wonder what that means for you.
You want to lose less time on routine work and spend more on the work that matters.
That is why there is Copilot at work
A full day in which you learn to use Copilot as it is intended: as help in your real work. No demo with examples that make no sense, but practising with your own tasks.
You come in with what you already know. You go home with a way of working that you simply continue the next day.
What you can expect
Morning: from loose question to good instruction
why a short question gives an average answer, and how you turn that around;
building an instruction with context, goal, example and format;
letting Copilot ask further questions instead of answering immediately;
using your own files, emails and meetings as a source;
saving your best instructions so you can use them again and again.
Afternoon: Copilot in your daily work
Outlook: processing your inbox faster and preparing emails in your tone;
Teams: following up on meetings, including those you missed;
Word and PowerPoint: from rough notes to a first version that is right;
Excel: asking questions to your figures;
making a first simple agent for a task you do often.
What you take home
a personal set of instructions for your own work;
a fixed method to build Copilot into your day;
insight into what Copilot does and does not do well, and how you check the outcome;
a first agent that you can use immediately.
Who is this for?
For anyone who has opened Copilot before, did a few simple things with it and now wants to know how to really get the most out of it. You do not need to have a technical background. Small group, maximum 12 participants, so there is time for your questions.

On Wednesday 13 January 2027 at Alacart, Stationsstraat 239, 9550 Herzele. Welcome from 09:00, start at 09:30, end at 16:30.
Is the workshop definitely going ahead?
Yes. There are already enough registrations, so the date is fixed. There are a maximum of 12 places.
What prior knowledge do I need?
You have already used Copilot for a few simple tasks. Nothing more is needed. If you have never worked with Copilot, schedule a call first, then we will look at what suits you.
What should I bring?
Your laptop and a Microsoft 365 account you can log in with. If you have a Copilot licence from your employer, you will practise immediately in your own environment.
Is food and drink provided?
Yes. Lunch, coffee and tea are included in the price. If you have an allergy or eat vegetarian, please let us know after your registration.
I do not have a paid Copilot licence. Can I still participate?
Yes. You will then work with Copilot Chat. During the day you will see what a licence makes possible extra, so you know if it is worth it for you.
Will I get an invoice in the name of my company?
Yes. When registering you fill in the name of your company and your VAT number. Your invoice will arrive by email.
Can I also have this workshop organised for my team?
Yes. Schedule a call, then we will look together at what fits.
And afterwards?
