  • Worksheet, which documents can go in which AI

A fifteen-minute worksheet that divides your documents into three buckets: leave as is, business or European, and local. With the prompt that helps you sort.

You roughly know what you have put into AI over the past month. A quote here, a report there, an email from a client that you wanted to have rewritten quickly. But roughly is not an answer when someone asks where that client's data has been. This worksheet puts on paper in fifteen minutes what you use where, and what you had better do somewhere else from now on. You only need your AI tool, a piece of paper and an honest look at your history.

    Three questions per document

Take one document that you recently put into AI and ask three questions about it. Does it contain names, addresses or other data of people? Is it from a client, or did a client entrust it to you? And would you find it awkward if someone outside your company read it? Three times no, then it can stay where it is. One time yes, then it belongs in one of the other buckets. Below is the full worksheet, with the four steps and the prompt that helps you sort without having to paste a single sensitive document.

  • Your private AI subscription is not a company vault

An expensive personal AI subscription does not give you business agreements about your data. I explain the difference, and what I keep local myself.

In a workshop about agents, a question came up that I would actually like to hear in every group. A participant works as an external consultant. And they put contracts into AI, with an expensive personal subscription. So they wanted to know if anyone else can access that, or if it is protected.

My answer surprises most people. A personal subscription remains personal, no matter how expensive it is.

Below this article is a worksheet about which documents can go into which AI, free if you have an account.
