When I speak to people who have been working well with AI agents for a while, I always hear the same story. It happens in three phases. And the interesting thing is that almost no one sees the third phase coming.

Phase one: the backlog
First you tidy up. All those tasks that have been on your list for months and that you never got around to. The folders you always wanted to organise. The quotes you still had to follow up on. The overview of your clients that has been out of date for two years.
