  • No connector for your tool? Let your AI build one

If your tool is not in the list of connectors, your AI can often build one itself. This is how I tackle that safely.

In every workshop I open the list of connectors at a certain point. Those are the connections between your AI and your other tools: your mailbox, your calendar, your design programme, your CRM. And then you see the group change immediately. Someone scrolls along and sees dozens of logos. And she wants to click them all, because imagine you might need something one day.

I would not do that. Every connector that is turned on tells your AI what it can do during every conversation. That takes up space in its working memory, even if you do not use that tool today. So it is best to only turn on what you actually use. Do you only need a design tool occasionally? Then you turn it on when the time comes, and simply turn it off again afterwards. It is not going anywhere, you know.
